Ability to perform multiple tasks such as basic engineering design, drawing, mechanical, physical, metallurgical, non- destructive & environmental tests etc. is necessary. Should be able to read & understand (Eg. ASTM, IS, ISO etc.) specifications.Knowledge of forming, fabrication, heat treatment, coating, joining & related activities will be a plus.
Understand procedures, specifications, plan & perform tests & tasks as per procedure and document & report.

Should be able to learn/ perform multiple tasks such as basic engineering design, drawing, mechanical, physical, metallurgical, non- destructive & environmental testing, data analysis etc.. Should know forming, fabrication, heat treatment, coating, joining and related activities. Should be able to read & understand (Eg. ASTM, IS, ISO etc.) specifications, perform the tasks (if needed) and develop internal documents (SOPs, SWIs, SGLs, STPs, Work Schedules etc.). Designing, modelling and analysis capability will be a plus.

Should have experience in forming, fabrication, heat treatment, coating, joining and related activities. Should be able to read & understand (Eg. ASTM, IS, ISO etc.) specifications. Should have developed internal documents (SOPs, SWIs, SGLs, STPs, Work Schedules etc.). Experience in designing, modelling and analysis etc. is a bonus.
Plan & schedule jobs; guide, train, monitor, supervise and manage 6-10 engineering staff. Ensure timely delivery. May be required to travel.
